Lisa Narrell-Mead has a distinguished and experienced background in corporate management and private law practice. As a seasoned corporate executive, she has had direct management over all areas of human resources and employment law, board governance and compensation committee, facilities management, vendor management, internal communication and corporate security. She has extensive corporate management experience including organizational design, budgeting, regulatory relations, team building and mergers and acquisitions. In the private practice of law, Lisa concentrated in employment law, representing clients' large and small. Those experiences have made Lisa adept at finding solutions to workplace problems.
Narrell-Mead joined Cadence Bank in October 2011 as director of human resources and corporate services. Prior to that, she was corporate associate relations manager and chief employment counsel at Regions Bank, and assistant general counsel for Regions' predecessor, AmSouth Bank. Before her career in banking, she was in private law practice in Birmingham, Ala.; New Orleans; and Chattanooga, Tenn.
Lisa received her bachelor of science in political science from Birmingham-Southern College and her juris doctorate from Emory University School of Law.
Corie Robinson is a PHR/SHRM-CP Certified HR Executive who serves as the Director of Financial Services for Taylor Mead. With over 20 years of HR management experience, Corie’s unique strategic background in corporate HR advisement, employee relations, executive recruiting and legal discretion have benefited her clients with proven success.
Prior to working with Taylor Mead, Corie served as Vice President and HR Partner for BBVA Compass Bank with oversight in Retail, Corporate and CEO Control Units. She provided leadership, guidance and enhancement on Employee Relations policies & practices, Managerial Training Programs, Employee Handbook improvements and Employee Engagement methodologies. Previous to that, Corie served as an HR Manager for Regions bank in the Retail and Risk areas following her role for many years as HR Manager for Home Depot.
Currently, Corie’s executive duties include administering HR counsel, employee relations guidance, compensation strategies, management consulting and high-level executive recruiting to her clients. In addition to her role in the business world, Corie works as an actress in the film industry and has played roles in several featured films, among them being Bigger,Trading Paint, H, and Out of the Fight.
